What do you need?

  • 1/2 ripe kiwi
  • 1/4 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 150 ml rice milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

How do you make this energy smoothie?

Preparation time: just a few minutes
Difficulty level: super easy ;-)

  • Peel the kiwi and banana
  • Cut all the fruit into pieces and pour 1 teaspoon of lemon juice over it so that the fruit does not discolour.
  • Mix the fruit with the cold rice milk and 1 teaspoon of matcha. Here we opt for plant-based milk instead of animal milk, because it contains much less saturated fats. Of course you can also choose other types of milk such as oat milk, almond milk ...
  • Add some more ice cubes.
