You wouldn't say it, but such a small blueberry is actually a real superfood. Small is beautiful! ;-) That's because blueberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins and they protect your body against free radicals (dangerous invaders that attack your healthy cells).

It is therefore preferable to put sufficient food on the menu that is rich in antioxidants, so that you constantly optimally protect your body. With this healthy blueberry juice you already have your portion of antioxidants and you start your day well!

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 5 large strawberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 blueberries
  • 1 dl apple juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • Optional: some pumpkin seeds for an extra bite. This way you will chew longer on your smoothie and that helps with digestion.

Don't have fresh fruit at home? Then you can also use a bag of frozen fruit. You will find delicious combinations in the store. Frozen fruit is also just as healthy and immediately gives a fresh touch to your smoothie.

How are you?

Simple: mix all the ingredients (except the ice cubes) and pour it into a glass, over the ice.
