Ingredients

For 2 glasses

  • 2 red apples
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 330 ml almond milk
  • Optional: hemp seed or chia seed

Preparation

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core.
  2. Cut the banana into pieces.
  3. Add the apple and banana pieces to the blender, then add the lemon juice, mint, almond milk and matcha powder . Mix everything together until you get a smooth mass. Is the mixture still too thick? Then you can add some extra almond milk.
