After entering your card number and expiration date, you will be automatically directed to your bank's trusted site to complete everything.

If you pay with your card, your order will be processed immediately and shipped even faster.

Credit card

Your Visa, Mastercard or AMEX payment goes through our partner Stripe.

They have been known for years for the super secure and fast handling of online credit card payments.

When you are on our secure payment page, all data is sent via the so-called 'Secure Socket Layer' protocol, so perfectly safe!

iDEAL

Dutch customers can pay with iDEAL in the trusted internet payment environment of their own bank.

If you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, Fortis, Postbank, Rabobank or SNS Bank, you can pay directly with iDEAL.

PayPal

PayPal is the fastest way to pay for your order. All your details are known and you do not have to enter them anymore. Everything is also perfectly safe.

Free shipping from €59

Orders from 59 euros or more are shipped for free. For orders less than 59 euros, you pay 4.95 euros for shipping costs.

Track & Trace

We ship your order with bpost or postNL. Our system automatically chooses the fastest shipping method. After your package leaves us, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your order to your front door.

Delivery within 1-2 working days

We naturally want you to be able to enjoy your products as soon as possible. That is why we ensure super fast delivery.

Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 working days. The goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging, plus the courier company's packaging. Products whose expiration date has passed cannot be returned, unless you can demonstrate that they were already expired upon shipment.

Return shipments must always be reported in advance by e-mail to welcome@joyofmatcha.com stating name, telephone number, order number and date of order, goods to be returned and account number to which the amount may be refunded. The costs for returning are not reimbursed.

If the items have been returned correctly, we will transfer the amount due to you within 30 days.

You understand that the right to change, return and cancellation will lapse if the packaging is opened or damaged.

Guarantee

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Joy of Matcha is a Belgian company and therefore Belgian law applies.
