A nice crunchy cookie with your matcha latte, there's nothing better than that. :-) But the range in the supermarket is so extensive and those cookies are unfortunately often full of added substances.
Because we prefer to keep it a little healthier, and also like to give our kids something delicious to school, we prefer to bake our cookies ourselves. Then you know exactly which ingredients are in the cookie, and you can enjoy it without feeling guilty.
These spelled biscuits with matcha are a real hit at our house. Super delicious and so easy to make! You only need a few ingredients.
What do you need?
- 100 grams of butter
- 75 grams Zusto
- 200 grams spelled flour
- 1 teaspoon Golden Matcha (or Ceremonial Matcha)
- 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa
How do you make the cookies?
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll the dough into a sausage.
- Wrap the sausage with plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour until stiff.
- Cut the sausage into slices.
- Take a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cookies on it.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Place the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes.
The cookies are so delicious that you can't stay away from them. ;-)
Enjoy it!
