This energy smoothie also contributes to a strong immune system, because kiwis are packed with vitamin C and bananas contain a high dose of potassium and magnesium.
What do you need?
- 1/2 ripe kiwi
- 1/4 ripe banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 ml rice milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder
How do you make this energy smoothie?
Preparation time: just a few minutes
Difficulty level: super easy ;-)
- Peel the kiwi and banana
- Cut all the fruit into pieces and pour 1 teaspoon of lemon juice over it so that the fruit does not discolour.
- Mix the fruit with the cold rice milk and 1 teaspoon of matcha. Here we opt for plant-based milk instead of animal milk, because it contains much less saturated fats. Of course you can also choose other types of milk such as oat milk, almond milk ...
- Add some more ice cubes.
