Ingredients
- 20 strawberries
- 1 ½ tablespoon of matcha powder
- 250 grams of white chocolate
The recipe:
- Melt ¾ of the white chocolate in the microwave. Make sure you stir well in between, otherwise there is a chance of burning.
- Add the matcha and stir well.
- Dip each strawberry in the chocolate sauce and place on a baking tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Then put them in the fridge for 15 minutes until they are hard.
- Then melt the remaining chocolate (¼) in the microwave.
- Decorate each strawberry with the white chocolate. You can draw lines on it, make dots... that's completely up to you! We drew lines with a spoon.
- Then place them back in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
Because the strawberries have been in the fridge for a while, they are wonderfully refreshing. The ideal summer snack if you ask me!
