Ingredients

  • 175 g spelled flour
  • 175 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tbsp Matcha powder
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 45 g coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C.
  2. Throw all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix to a smooth batter.
  3. Cover a cake tin with baking paper and grease with coconut oil.
  4. Pour the green batter into the baking pan.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for ± 50 minutes.
  6. When the cake is ready, let it cool down.
  7. Lets eat!
