Ingredients
- 175 g spelled flour
- 175 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1 tbsp Matcha powder
- 100 ml almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 45 g coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 165°C.
- Throw all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix to a smooth batter.
- Cover a cake tin with baking paper and grease with coconut oil.
- Pour the green batter into the baking pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for ± 50 minutes.
- When the cake is ready, let it cool down.
