Ingredients

(for about 5 servings)
  • 15 grams of gelatin. (Are you vegan? You can also use agar agar instead of gelatin, which is a completely plant-based alternative made from seaweed.)
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Green tea (loose or in bags)
  • 300 grams of sour apples
  • A splash of honey
  • 1⁄2 liters of water

Preparation

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into even cubes.
  2. Bring the water to a boil with the lemon zest and some honey.
  3. Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the lemon zest from the mass and dissolve the soaked gelatin in the boiled water. Then add the lemon juice.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the fruit, apples were used in this recipe, but you can also add other fruit such as strawberries, pear, or apricot. Make it your own taste and color palette!
  6. Add the fruit to the glasses.
  7. Pour the mixture into the glasses and let them cool first. Then put them in the fridge to cool down further. You can optionally add some honey.
  8. After a few hours you have wobbly gelatine pudding.
