Keto chocolate matcha chia pudding recipe

Supplies

(For 3 servings)

  • 360 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 65 grams of chia seeds
  • 25 grams of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the toppings: nuts, strawberries or blueberries

Preparation

  1. Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and matcha powder to the blender and mix until combined.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds. Make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mass.
  3. Pour it into glasses and put it in the fridge.
  4. Leave them overnight or at least five hours in the refrigerator so that the whole thing can set.
  5. Before serving, add some nuts, strawberries or other fruit.
